We are residential Architects based in South West London and provide a completely bespoke service that covers all stages of the design process from concept to construction.

Our award winning RIBA Chartered Practice was founded in 2015 by ARB and RIBA Chartered Architect Iacopo Sassi with the specific goal of becoming one of the leading residential architects in South West London. Our team has a high degree of experience working mostly on high-end residential projects, including extensions and loft conversions. With over 15 years of professional experience in the field we help clients achieve their dreams; designing rational and beautiful spaces that perfectly fit their needs.

Our main goal is to deliver ambitious living spaces that are both functional and sustainable.

We are passionate about design and love to work in a bespoke manner with every single client, respecting their specific priorities and goals. We are specialists in lighting design too, and we believe that a focus on bringing in optimum natural light can completely transform a home. We strongly believe that daylight, along with well detailed design, can have a major impact on our happiness and well being and therefore we think of it as one of the most important factors to consider in every project.

We are extremely confident in our relationship with Local Authorities, having liaised with and submitting over one hundred applications since 2015. Our project’s record demonstrates our ability to consistently deliver successful designs throughout the South West of London for all types of residential projects including alterations, extensions to the rear and side, as well as loft extensions.

We have been featured in several publications, including Real Homes, Don’t Move, Improve, Houzz and RIBA publications.

Our studio office is based Hampton and we work throughout Greater London and surrounding areas, with a special focus on South-West London, including the Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames, Kingston, Ham, Elmbridge, Merton, Runnymede, Ewell, Brent, Wandsworth and Southwark. Our projects location includes Hampton, Hampton Hill, Teddington, Strawberry Hill, Twiceknham, St. Maragaret’s Kingston, Barnes, East Sheen, Esher, Cobham, Wimbledon, Raynes Park.
