Square One Architects is a creative studio based in Hampton. Throughout the years we established ourselves as a leading firm of architects in the Twickenham area. We cover all stages of the design process from concept to completion. Our specific track record in Twickenham includes built projects for rear extensions, upper floors extensions and full refurbishments, a long list of approved planning applications and several happy clients.

We have more than 15 years of experience in the fields of architecture and interior design and we constantly helped clients reach their goals; our aim is to design rational and beautiful houses that fit the individual client’s needs and we achieve this through a very methodical yet creative approach to design.

Our story begins in 2015 when Iacopo Sassi, founded the practice. The studio is a RIBA Chartered Practice, this provides an important certification of our quality. We always aim to design rational and beautiful spaces that perfectly fit our client’s specific needs.

We are a leading residential practice with experience throughout the whole Greater London area and surroundings, with a focus on the South West region.

We love design and work in a bespoke manner with every single client respecting their specific priorities and goals. Our expertise spans across multiple disciplines that include architecture and interior design.

The Director of the practice is also specialized in lighting design with a special interest in daylight. This is very relevant especially for historic properties that tend to get very dark when extended. As a practice, we strongly believe that daylight can have a major impact on people’s lives and well being.
